Is $2.99 really a one-time payment?
Yes. It’s a one-time VoiceFlow app purchase. There is no recurring VoiceFlow subscription, and all future VoiceFlow app updates are included.
Does this include voice or AI subscriptions?
The purchase is for VoiceFlow. Dictation with local AI and the Windows voice work with nothing else to buy. If you add your own ElevenLabs key or AI API key, those providers’ plans, quotas and charges still apply.
How do I get free updates later?
Keep the private purchase key given to you after your payment is verified. On My updates, enter that key and the Gmail/email or phone number attached to your purchase. Your ownership stays active for future releases.
Can I use my phone number instead of Gmail?
Yes. Choose Phone number before checkout and include your country code. Square may also request an email for your receipt. Your selected phone number is the contact you use with your purchase key to get updates.
Does dictation need the internet?
No. After a one-time ~145 MB speech-model download, dictation runs fully offline on your PC. Only the optional ElevenLabs voice, Google fallback and AI brief use the network.
What does “all updates free” mean?
Every future release of the VoiceFlow app is included with your app license. Separate voice/AI provider services and usage are not included.
