What the one-time purchase includes
The $2.99 payment is a one-time VoiceFlow app purchase. All future VoiceFlow app updates are included. Voice provider accounts (ElevenLabs), AI provider accounts, subscriptions, usage charges and other providers’ services remain separate.
Your app license
Your purchase lets you install and use VoiceFlow for your own personal and commercial work. Keep your purchase key private. Reselling, redistributing or sharing the app or your key is not included. Other providers’ software and services keep their own terms.
Windows installation
The current installer is for Windows 10 or 11 on an x64 PC. Download it from My updates, then run it — no admin prompt needed. Internet access is needed to download and activate the app, and for optional cloud voice and AI features. The installer includes the local dictation model. After activation, the signed license works offline.
Why a contact is saved
Your selected Gmail/email or phone number is attached to your purchase so you can return for free updates. The purchase record also stores Square payment and customer references, payment status and the app license record. Activation also uses a device identifier to validate the app on your PC; the website receives its hashed form.
How ownership is checked
After the payment is verified, you receive a private purchase key. Future access uses that key together with your saved contact. Keep both a private copy of the key and your receipt.
Payments stay with Square
Card and payment details are entered on Square’s checkout page. This website does not store card numbers. Square may also collect an email for a receipt when phone is chosen as the purchase contact.
What stays on your PC
Dictation with local Whisper AI and read-aloud with the Windows voice run entirely on your computer — your voice and text never leave it. If you add an ElevenLabs key, the text being read is sent to ElevenLabs; if you add an AI key, highlighted text is sent to your AI provider. Both are optional and under your control.
Cookies for access
The website uses cookies to connect your checkout to its confirmation page and to keep your verified purchase signed in. Signing out removes the current access session. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Future app releases
Available releases appear on My updates after ownership is verified. Your app license has no scheduled expiry and does not require another payment for a future VoiceFlow release.
